I received my order of Quilted Narra from Bob a couple days back. It's spectacular! Here's a picture. I rubbed a little mineral spirits on one section to show off the figure a little better. 
I don't know what I will make with this yet, and I don't maintain a "stash" of wood. But this was too nice to pass up. Thanks, Bob! |

One beautiful set of wood seems to breed others. Before long, you won't have place for the dish towels. Then you'll run out of closet space for your shoes. There are those of us here, however, who will render help when your growing stash gets out of hand.

Hesh thank you very much for all the kind words. I was realy concerned about shipping that redwood top that was joined and glued. I'm very happy to hear it arrived in one piece. |

I have been a customer of Bob's since joining this forum, and have had only superlative experiences in doing business with him...In fact, I have a couple of sets on the way right now!  Can't wait to see them, as I am always pleasantly surprised when I ope the packages from Bob.
Here are a couple of pics of guitars I've built using woods from The Zootman: 
Ziricote with bloodwood binding from Bob, and... 
Cocobolo with eucalyptus binding. Where would we be without BobC??

Yowsers, they're beautiful Russ! To answer your question where would we be without BobC-- I'd be building different guitars right now. And they wouldn't be as interesting! Steve |
